Case Study Highlight
Grant funded application (Under NDA): Currently managing the discovery & design of a HIPPA protected application for doctors. This application will ease the on-boarding process for their customer care advocates and new patients. It will also track and manage the insurance billing and claims process.

Led the overall UX strategy and decision-making regarding product direction. Provided mentorship and guidance to younger product designers.
Case Study Highlight
Insurance Application (Under NDA): Managed the research and design completion of a new user flow that produced 80 new frames. Conducted user testing yielding a 70% improvement of UX success rates. Additionally, I also mentored 4 product strategy apprentices.

Sprocket App: Delivered a platform empowering people with a fighting chance of recovering their stolen bicycles through a mobile device right at their fingertips. Sprocket provides a social platform to mitigate bike theft before it happens.
