I didn’t ever really think about accessibility until March of 2019 when I suffered a snowboarding accident that resulted in major orthopedic surgery and 6-8 months of paralysis of my left arm and hand.

The most important job I had as a recruiter is interviewing. As we started this week’s class I didn’t have any insecurities about asking people questions over video or audio so I do consider that skill as an advantage, as I interview candidates every day.

No, I’m not going to make you read through my entire life story. The answer to my click-baity title is that I leveraged social media, more specifically, Instagram. More impressively, Instagram stories, hence the 24-hour time limit. I think it’s also important to mention that I’m not a social media expert.
